Shipping policy

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best shipping experience possible! While we kindly ask that you give us up to 48 business hours to ship all orders, we will strive to ship your order as fast as possible!

Sweeties Candy of Arizona does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or any major holiday. 

Store Hours and Shipping Hours of Operation are Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm

Can I Get Express Shipping?

  • Sweeties offers $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (Standard/Ground). If your order requires faster than standard shipping, please contact a Sweeties Representative at 480-899-4245 x0 to discuss paying an additional fee for expedited shipping.

Will I Be Able To Track My Order?

  • Yes! Just visit USPS' website to track your order. Your tracking number is located on the confirmation email sent to you immediately after your order has been processed.

What If My Package Gets Lost?

  • Sweeties Candy at their discretion, may resend any packages lost during the delivery process, but shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. For further stipulations on a lost package, please read our Terms of Use Agreement.
  • If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact  Sweeties Candy immediately to get the issue resolved.

Will My Product Melt?

  • As a convenience, Sweeties offers ice packs at an additional charge. Just search “Ice Pack” and add it to your cart. Sweeties Candy will not be responsible for any melted product if you choose to opt out of this option or do not choose to purchase an adequate amount of ice packs to accommodate the quantity of melt-able product in your order.
  • Please consider the temperature of not only your location, but also of where the product will be coming & going during the delivery process. All packages are shipped out of Sweetie Candy Company’s warehouse in Chandler Arizona.
